The first thing you need to do, if you have not done so already is to fill out the questionnaire. Try to add as much detail as you can so that your Tripbod can have a good understanding of what you want from your trip.

Next you can start the conversation with your Tripbod. You can start by telling them a bit about yourself, or you can start asking specific questions. It depends on how much time you have to chat!

Your Tripbod will receive a notification that they have a new traveller and that you have sent them a message. They will respond to you within a couple of days. 

If you do not hear from your Tripbod as quickly as you would like, or if your trip is urgent, please contact dot@tripbod.com

Some tips on getting the most out of Tripbod:

• Starting the conversation is the most important thing. Get chatting to your Tripbod about who they are and how they like to spend time where they live. You often find the best insights just by chatting!
• Ask as many questions as you can think of. Don't be afraid to ask really bizarre or very specific questions. They are on the ground and if they don't know, they can find out for you!
• Remember, they don't know anything about you either, so talking to them about yourself will help them tailor their recommendations just for you.
