About Me

I live in a small town in Wicklow, Ireland, called Greystones. My parents were born in Armagh and Derry, (Northern Ireland) but came to Greystones when we were all (5) small children and I've lived here ever since.

I have been a librarian in Greystones and travelled all around the County. I can assist visitors to see the wonderful rural landscapes and to maximise the value of a day in our mountains, beaches and/or even a trail with overnight stays.

My interests include Hill-Walking, I lead a local group and we participated in Long distance challenges raising money for charities, including a Four Peaks Challenge for a national charity.

I love photography, sea-swimming, yoga, cycling and hostelling. I enjoy the Arts, Exhibitions, and reading. I try when visiting other counties in Ireland to spend time on the beaches and in the hills, many of the locally advertised marked trails are worth doing. I enjoy live music, dancing, eating and entertaining.
